Etisalat launches Business Edge platform for enterprise customers in the Middle East
Etisalat has announced that it has launched a comprehensive new business platform for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), offering a wide range of cutting edge services to its enterprise customers.
The new platform will be known as Business Edge and will connect customers and businesses in a scalable way, allowing employees to talk, video conference and share documents in real time, and utilising Etisalat’s state of the art cloud based unified communications service.
The launch is particularly pertinent given the current need for many workers to work from home, amid the current Covid19 pandemic.
“Current times demand that businesses are ready to securely work and collaborate remotely. It also requires the ability to adapt to dynamic business conditions. Business Edge SMBs are able to minimise upfront investments while accessing top services to manage their business according to their needs and utilisation, in a ‘pay as you grow’ model,” said Salvador Anglada, group chief business officer at Etisalat.
In addition to providing customers with the convenience and accessibility of a unified communications platform, Business Edge also offers customers the very highest levels of security, thanks to Etisalat’s next generation cloud based firewall, advanced endpoint security for PCs and connected devices, as well as cloud based video surveillance.
Business Edge gives SMEs access to a suite of cutting edge solutions that will enable the digitalisation of their existing business models and work flows.
