Nexthink displays productive digital employee experience at GITEX 2019
Majed Eid, Area vice president, META, Nexthink.
NEXTHINK, a leader in digital employee experience software for enterprises is showcasing its Digital Experience Score system at GITEX. The solution combines hard data and end-user feedback, providing a new and innovative way for organisations to continuously measure and improve the digital workplace experience.
Productive and engaged employees ensure the ability to execute goals that are aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Productivity links closely with employee experience and the greatest EX enhancements will often come from investing in better systems-of work-technologies.
Nexthink’s Digital Experience Score (DEX) was developed as a way for IT management to gain insight into and improve employee IT experience. Nexthink’s latest innovation was the outcome of conversations with customers who said that there was a need for metrics to address the challenges they faced in taking an employee centric approach to their business.
Despite a growing interest among organisations in improving their employees’ everyday digital experience at work, many struggle to quantify and measure progress. The Digital Experience Score aims to fix this by defining metrics in multiple domains that impact the digital experience of employees, such as workplace device, collaboration and business services.
Nexthink’s Digital Experience Score system enables organisations to focus on how the business service is experienced.
Visitors will have an opportunity to experience Nexthink’s platform, which enables IT teams to offer employees fast, flexible, innovative and secure services throughout the show.
Nexthink will also showcase its newly launched chatbot integration feature. The product enhancement is part of the company’s continuous effort to further improve the digital employee experience by making automated IT service more efficient, effective and enjoyable for end users.
“Many new technology initiatives fail because employees aren’t involved in the strategy phase – this is because IT departments do not have a good enough understanding of what’s needed for employees to do their jobs,” Maged Eid,
area VP - META, Nexthink. “Nexthink’s technology provides real time visibility and insights that enables an organisation’s IT department to take a proactive approach to improving its IT performance and resolving potential problems quickly. This helps foster a positive employee experience and boost productivity.”
