NEXTHINK, a leader in digital employee experience software for enterprises is showcasing its Digital Experience Score system at GITEX. The solution combines hard data and end-user feedback, providing a new and innovative way for organisations to continuously measure and improve the digital workplace experience.

Nexthink’s Digital Experience Score (DEX) was developed as a way for IT management to gain insight into and improve employee IT experience. Nexthink’s latest innovation was the outcome of conversations with customers who said that there was a need for metrics to address the challenges they faced in taking an employee centric approach to their business.

Despite a growing interest among organisations in improving their employees’ everyday digital experience at work, many struggle to quantify and measure progress. The Digital Experience Score aims to fix this by defining metrics in multiple domains that impact the digital experience of employees, such as workplace device, collaboration and business services.
