Avaya, Microsoft join forces for cloud contact centre services
Avaya expands platform with Microsoft Cloud.
Avaya and microsoft announced the new Contact Centre as a Service platform, Avaya IX-CC that will be hosted in Microsoft’s cloud data centres in UAE. The service will launch in H1 2020 with voice capabilities, followed by omnichannel features later in the year. The two companies are currently working to integrate Avaya IX-CC platform with Azure.
