Dubai’s crown prince visits the du stand at GITEX

His highness sheikh  Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, visited du’s stand on the first day of GITEX Technology Week 2019, accompanied by His Excellency Helal Saeed Al Marri, director general of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority (DWTCA) and the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

The telco’s stand displays tech offering: “a reflection of our future.” Under the theme of “Humanising Technology,” the stand sets out to further the company’s digital agenda of “leading innovation across the industry.”

HH Sheikh Hamdan was received by EITC’s chairman HE Mohamed Al Hussaini and its CEO Osman Sultan, among other representatives of the company’s senior management, who briefed the Crown Prince on—according to a du spokesperson—the telco’s involvement in the: “empowerment of UAE with tech of the future.”
