SAP appoints Sergio Maccotta as SVP for SAP Middle East South

The appointment comes in as SAP drives a new era of customer cloud-based innovation

SAP Middle East wants to support organisations in the Middle East’s digital transformation ambitions in enterprise application software.

In lieu of their goals, SAP, has promoted Sergio Maccotta to the role of Senior Vice President of SAP Middle East South.

Maccotta, previously led the Strategic Customer Program team for SAP EMEA South. He replaces Gergi Abboud, who has been promoted to the role of Head of SCP for SAP EMEA South.

SAP have been busy as it supports public and private sector organizations to transform as Intelligent Enterprises. It’s opened several cloud data centers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia and is the Innovative Enterprise Software Partner for Expo 2020 Dubai.
