Etisalat launches UAE’s first business unified communication service ‘CloudTalk’
Etisalat’s CloudTalk offers customers an integrated communication solution for their internal and external communication and collaboration needs.
Etisalat announced the launch of a cloud-based business unified communication and collaboration service for small and medium businesses (SMB) and enterprise customers in the UAE.
The service is delivered over a carrier-grade cloud private branch exchange (PBX) replacing the legacy setups. Transformation is rapid and performance is optimum with minimal time needed for deployment. The pay-as-you-grow model gives customers the flexibility to work in multi-channel communication environments and focusing on productivity rather than infrastructure.
The solution gives users the ability of switching between various devices in real-time. It features such as instant messaging, screen sharing and mobile app, among others.
