Avaya displays communications and collaboration power at GITEX 2019

Grabbing the headlines on Avaya’s stand today are a series of communications and collaboration use cases developed in conjunction with customers and partners. The vendor is also demonstrating AI-powered applications that augment workflows for self-service and contact centre environments. However, the headline act on the stand this year is a line-up of systems that encapsulate ‘the art of experience’, which explains the way in which Avaya’s technologies are conceived and delivered.
In addition, the vendor is presenting several features that are available as part of its open and converged unified communications (UC) and contact centre (CC) platforms. It is also displaying technology case studies offering new capabilities in employee and customer experiences. At the trade show, Avaya is also showcasing a platform that streamlines communications, fosters awareness and support, provides easy access to information and enhances safety for people of determination.
