EastNets inks security tie-up with Cybertrust

Security solutions provider set to deliver managed security services to large regional organisations after bagging Cybertrust ‘master' status.

Dubai-based EastNets - which provides information security solutions to government and financial organisations - has signed a master reseller agreement with security vendor Cybertrust.

The move will see EastNets delivering Cybertrust managed security services to its clients.

According to the company, managed security services has emerged as the fastest growing segment in the security market, with an increasing number of organisations partnering with MSS providers to enhance security, reduce operational costs and meet specific compliance needs.

Hazem Mulhim, CEO at EastNets, said: "Organisations worldwide are spending an increasing amount of their IT security budgets on sophisticated security intelligence and cutting-edge technologies, as the evolving nature of IT threats make traditional protection obsolete."

Mulhim says Eastnet's partnership with Cybertrust will enable the company to offer 24x7 proficient monitoring and management services to clients in the region and capitalise on customers' requirements for the most up-to-date security solutions available."
