TP-Link unveils their new Neffos smartphone lineup
The phones are said to boast an all-day 4100 mAh battery and TP-Link’s NFUI, their skinned Android Pie OS.
Global networking product giant TP-Link launched the next-generation smartphone lineup for its neffos brand-the neffos X20 and X20 Pro.
Focusing on connectivity and equipped with the company's manufacturing tech in the Wi-Fi space, the phones have reportedly adopted GSM Antenna Diversity tech with an antenna design optimised for stable call quality. Boasting a 6.26 inch "Dewdrop" display, the phone has an 87.2% screen to body ratio, and a 19:9 aspect-ratio for wider viewing experiences.
Other features available in both cameras, it was revealed, would be the 13MP + 5MP dual rear-camera array with a photosensitive sensor that can compute depth-of-field for portrait photos and enhance shots taken in low-light conditions. The front-facing camera also packs in 13MP, with the AI Beauty feature to artificially enhance the user's facial features for different types of faces.
The X20 comes with 2 gigabytes (GB) of RAM and 32GB in storage, while the X20 Pro comes in 3GB of RAM, with an expandable storage of 128GB. Both phones are said to be equipped with TP-link's NFUI, a skinned version of the current Android Pie, and a 4100 mAh battery with the OS's included battery optimisation and power saving features.
TP-Link MEA FZE's general manager Lucas Giang stated to the press, "We are thrilled to introduce the neffos X20 and X20 Pro to the UAE market [and] eager to see the excitement and response that both our latest offering garner." We have strategic plan to harness the full growth of this industry by keep on innovating the potential design for our users."
