Pure Storage has announced that it will acquire enterprise file software solutions provider Compuverde.

Acquisition of Sweden-based Compuverde will expand Pure Storage's file capabilities with advanced offerings which will reinforce Pure's strategy of enabling customers to implement true hybrid architecture, the company said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The deal is expected to close this month.
