Avaya opens customer experience centre in Riyadh
New office and customer centre to serve Saudi market
Avaya has opened its new offices, including a customer experience centre, in Saudi Arabia.
The office, located at the Information Technology and Communications Complex (ITCC) in Riyadh, has been opened as part of Avaya's widening commitment to Saudi, the company said.
The customer experience centre will serve as a design and test bed for customers and partners to develop solutions to local business challenges. Open to Avaya customers, channel partners, academics and others, the space features cutting-edge facilities.
The centre will enable Avaya's partners and customers to design solutions embedding advanced technologies such as AI and blockchain into their contact centre and unified communications platforms. In line with the Saudi Vision 2030, Avaya expects this centre to contribute greatly to the country's digital transformation drive.
