ADNEC launches 'Jawab' chatbot

Chatbot will support exhibitors and visitors to Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company events

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has launched its own chatbot to support its events.

The ‘Jawab' chatbot, which has been designed to respond to enquiries from ADNEC exhibitors, organizers and visitors, will be tested at the Middle East Games Con from 25-27th.

ADNEC says it is the the first exhibitions venue in the MENA region to launch a customer interactive machine learning chatbot.

In the trial phase, Jawab will run on ADNEC's website, www.adnec.ae, and will provide communications only in Arabic. In future the chatbot is planned to run on the ADNEC site and Facebook Messenger presence, as well as on the Al Ain Convention Centre (AACC) website.

Services in Arabic will be introduced along with features such as voice command and textual communication. The next stage of ‘Jawab' is planned to be launched during the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) 2019.
