New SonicWall MSSP programme expands partner opportunities
Vendor’s SecureFirst MSSP programme enables partners to take hands-on approach to protecting customers from cyber attacks
Cyber security vendor SonicWall, has launched a new managed security service provider (MSSP) programme.
Dubbed the SonicWall SecureFirst MSSP programme, the scheme has been designed to help partners with new or mature managed security practices fill their customers' widening security skills gap by building and scaling their managed security service offerings to deliver optimal security outcomes.
"The swift rise and sophistication of data breaches and network threats is forcing well-intentioned organisations to outsource network and data protection to MSSPs," said Steve Pataky, senior vice president and chief revenue officer, SonicWall. "This opens many opportunities for SecureFirst Partners to deliver or resell expert 24 by 7 managed security services, backed by SonicWall's automated real-time breach detection and prevention. In addition, the programme means incredible growth for our SecureFirst partners, so we want to accelerate their managed security services in every way possible."
To ensure SonicWall partners can deliver the best value, security and service to end customers, the company has designed a robust, customer-focused MSSP programme from the ground up. The new offerings is available to SecureFirst Silver, Gold or Platinum Partners and includes options for monthly billing through SonicWall's popular security-as-a-service pricing model, multi-tenant capabilities and go-to-market branding opportunities.
