Lenovo DCG selects Ingram Micro as VAD in KSA
Lenovo’s data centre portfolio spans over a wide range of services
Lenovo Data Centre Group (DCG) has selected Ingram Micro as its value-added distributor (VAD) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement, Ingram Micro will offer specialisation, coverage and operation management of Lenovo's DCG's portfolio in the Kingdom, which includes servers, storage, converged and hyper-converged, networking, hyper scale, software and services.
Russell Theron, regional manager, DCG, Lenovo Middle East and Africa, said: "Saudi Arabia is an important market for Lenovo DCG and this appointment in part of an aggressive growth plan we've set for the country.
"By combining Lenovo's innovations with Ingram Micro's technical expertise and deep market insight, this strategic partnership is expected to empower our market growth and offer enhanced solutions from clients to data centre and storage to businesses in Saudi Arabia."

To date, Ingram Micro has three offices in the Kingdom along with vendor portfolios spread across multiple verticals. It provides IT products, dedicated services for its channel partners, technical support, financial and managed services.
