YouTube has revealed the top 10 videos that were most-watched this year, which collectively gathered more than 633 million views and were watched for a total of 40 million hours.

1. Until We Will Become Dust - Oyster Masked | THE MASK SINGER 2

The popular singing competition in Asia, The Mask Singer, sees performers wear masks and sing. The video generated more than 181 million views.

2. ED SHEERAN - Shape Of You | Kyle Hanagami Choreography

Ed Sheeran's Shape of You song was a popular hit this year and choreographer Kyle Hanagami's dance routine of the song totalled 118 million views.

3. Ping Pong Trick Shots 3 | Dude Perfect

Dude Perfect took his ping pong tricks to another level and gathered over 93 million views.

4. Darci Lynne: 12-Year-Old Singing Ventriloquist Gets Golden Buzzer - America's Got Talent 2017

Darci Lynne Farmer's ventriloquist routine was a big hit on America's Got Talent and was crowned the winner. The video on YouTube was viewed over 41 million times.

5. Ed Sheeran Carpool Karaoke

Ed Sheeran appeared on James Corden's Carpool Karaoke show and whilst the show is a hit on YouTube, this particular carpool for over 40 million views.   

6. Lady Gaga's FULL Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show | NFL

Lady Gaga's Super Bowl halftime performance was watched over 37 million times on YouTube.

7. "INAUGURATION DAY" - A Bad Lip Reading of Donald Trump's Inauguration

The channel that is known for overdubbing scenes with comedic readings, changed President Donald Trump inauguration ceremony and was watched over 35 million times.
