Souq.com unveils half a million deals for White Friday
Targeting consumers within the GCC and Egypt, the campaign is expected to run from the 22 – 25 November
Running from the 22 to 25 November, 2017, Souq.com has revealed that it will be offering 500,000 deals on 16,000 brands for consumers based in the GCC and Egypt.
Now in its fourth iteration, the online shopping event is expected to offer deals as high as 70% off of all product categories on Souq's website and mobile app.
Boasting more than 50 times the number of deals offered last year, consumers accessing Souq.com's services can expect to receive alerts on discounts and price changes, as well as daily countdown deals.
Ronaldo Mouchawar, CEO & co-founder, SOUQ.com, says "We introduced the White Friday Sale to the region in 2014 and every year our teams work diligently to make the shopping event bigger and better to enhance our customers' experience.
"This year, we have rolled out credit card payment on order delivery in the UAE for more convenience to our customers. We have also invested heavily in our operations by expanding our fulfilment centres, technology, resources and adding more pick up points for customers. Customers are at the heart of our business, and this White Friday, they will find a wide product selection and hundreds of thousands of deals across all categories."
In an effort to further incentivise potential customers, Souq.com will be offering free shipping on "Fulfilled By Souq" orders of over AED 100/SAR 100/EGP 300. Customers who pay with Visa will also receive an additional 10% with their purchases, subject to certain terms and conditions.
