Citrix, StarLink cement alliance at GITEX
Citrix and StarLink have agreed to accelerate sales.

Following a recent partnership between Citrix and Starlink, the companies have their participation at the 37th edition of GITEX Technology week to strengthen their recent alliance at meeting that was attended by Pim Versteeg, managing director of Cloud Networking, EMEA, Citrix, Hadi Alloh, regional networking sales manager, MEA Citrix, Nidal Othman, managing director, Starlink and Mahmoud Nimer, general manager, Starlink.

Citrix recently signed StarLink as distributor for the Middle East, Egypt and Libya.

As a trusted advisor for Citrix, StarLink will provide value-added distribution services, including managing Citrix channel partner relationships, enhancing sales for Citrix products, and delivering technical support to the channel ecosyste in the region. With a fully dedicated business unit for Citrix distribution, StarLink will help increase reseller expertise in Citrix solutions for desktop virtualisation, cloud networking, cloud platform, collaboration and data sharing.

During GITEX, the two companies agreed to accelerating regional sales in application delivery, load balancing, security and SD WAN solutions, with both teams looking forward to driving profitable growth over the course of their strategic partnership."
