Federal Electricity and Water Authority will now offer Etisalat's elife packages

Etisalat signs MoU with FEWA

Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) is now a retail partner of Etisalat after signing a Memorandum of Understanding at GITEX Technology Week 2017.

Under the signing, FEWA will offer its customers the choice to subscribe to Etisalat's elife packages. If selected, Etisalat will then carry out the necessary requirements.

Adnan Nasib, executive director, FEWA and Sultan Al Dhaheri, acting general manager, Etisalat Abu Dhabi were present at the signing.

Etisalat's Sultan Al Dhaheri said: "We are pleased to appoint FEWA as our key retail partner making the availability of Etisalat products and services across a wider partner base. This will give our customers the flexibility of purchasing our services at their convenience at more locations across the country."

FEWA's Adnan Nasib added: "We are pleased to sign this agreement with Etisalat which will enhance services and also raise the happiness quotient for all our customers. Today's strategic partnership will give customers accessibility and flexibility to use Etisalat services and solutions at their convenience."
