Dubai Chamber to support start-up community at GITEX
It aims to spread knowledge on various smart mobile applications that offer e-services
The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry will unveils an array of services and solutions at this year's GITEX Technology Week to show its support for the region's start-up community.
Showcasing at the Dubai eGovernment stand, it aims to spread knowledge on various smart mobile applications that offer e-services, including Certificates of Origin, ATA Carnets, online payments, mediation and legal services, plus a commercial directory.
Dubai Chamber also inform attendees of the available tools and resources through the Dubai Start-up Hub, which provides a platform for Dubai-based entrepreneurs, business leaders and investors.
H.E. Hamad Buamim, president and CEO, Dubai Chamber, highlighted the importance of participating at GITEX, describing the exhibition as a platform where local businesses can connect, as well as encourage entrepreneurs and start-up to take advantage of the digital solutions offered by the Chamber.
During last year's GITEX, the Dubai Start-up Hub attracted over 200 business ideas who showcased their projects onto a digital billboard, enabling investors to express their interest and potentially form partnerships.
