Huawei’s Honor 9 debuts in Saudi Arabia
The Honor 9 has been designed with millennials fast paced lives in mind
Huawei officially unveiled the Honor 9 in June this year, and now its flagship model has arrived in Saudi Arabia.
Embodying the slogan ‘For the Brave', Huawei has pushed the design and performance of the Honor 9 to meet millennial needs.
As the Honor 9 has been designed with millennials fast paced lives in mind, it features an upgraded 20-megapixel and 12-megapixel dual lens camera, enhanced audio quality and a Kirin 960 chipset.
Under the hood, the Honor 9 allows for 128GB of storage with expandable storage up to 256GB, along with 6GB RAM and EMUI 5.1 robust processing core.
Powered by a 3200mAh battery and Smart Power 5.0, the Honor 9's battery life offers up to 78 hours offline music playing, plus QuickCharge technology that offers 0 to 40% battery power in half an hour.
Huawei has opted for a sleek design with its 3D glass back made of 15 crafted layers and a sandblasted metal bezel that creates a subtle aurora effect.
Chris Sun Baigong, VP of Honor, MEA, said: "Following its tremendous success in China, whereby over one million units shipped within 28 days, we noticed significant demand for pioneering technology and trend setting phone design specifically in Saudi, as such we are delighted to meet this demand by bringing the Honor 9 to Saudi. The Honor 9 merges the best of design trends, craftsmanship, and technological innovation that has been created to meet the lifestyle demands of millennials."
The Honor 9 is available in Glacier Grey and Sapphire Blue at a starting price of SR 1,899.
