Microland’s new app targets digital workforce

In an effort to improve business productivity and collaboration amongst its digital workforce, Microland, a hybrid IT service provider, has launched MicrolandOne, an employee mobile app.

Utilising the app, Microland's employees will be able to stay up-to-date on the company's latest announcements, updates on colleagues, such as promotions and birthdays, as well participating in any CSR programs run by the firm. The app allows enables administrators to run internal surveys and contents.

Additional features fall under HR functions, which comprise of leave management, expense reimbursement, and salary details. Employees can also monitor transport tracking.
