Last chance to take part in the ACN IT Salary Survey!
The results of the survey will be published in the October issue of ACN.

The deadline for the sixth edition of the ACN IT Salary Survey is set to close on the 5 September, 2017.

The annual survey is dedicated to the unveiling the current state of salaries of IT employees based in the Middle East, while also identifying the type of challenges they presently contend with.

ACN invites all IT professionals based in the Middle East region to complete the survey here.

Further findings from last year's survey results showed that 41.32% of respondents saw their salary remain the same, while 18.18% reported an increase. Additionally, 66.94% predicted that they would not be receiving a bonus versus 33.06% who reported they would be.

In terms of the various factors that affected job satisfaction, a good work environment (77.8%) and good company (66.52%) were reported as the two most important factors. This was followed by job stability (55.56%) and opportunities for advancement (52.14%). Skill development (52.14%) was the least selected for job satisfaction.
