Sophos launches ‘Super Star Campaign’ for MEA partners
Vendor targets Silver and Authorised partners with new partner scheme
Network and endpoint security provider Sophos, has unveiled a new partner initiative for Authorised and Silver partners for the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
Dubbed "Sophos Super Star Campaign", the new scheme is designed to motivate partners with additional rewards on achieving their target. The vendor also stated that that the initiative is aimed at driving sales for the latest security solutions.
Harish Chib, vice president, MEA at Sophos said: "The rewards are a part of the company's plan to encourage our Silver and Authorised partners to generate revenue opportunities and achieve their business goal. Our main aim is to drive our partners to excel and incentivise them with rewards for their great effort."
Chib explained that the rewards are applicable on the sale of all the products logged between May and October 2017. "Authorised and Silver partners are our major source of SMB business in the MEA region. With this campaign, Sophos' objective is to reward and motivate the extensive list of partners of these categories in the MEA market," he added.
"As part of our ‘Channel First' sales strategy, this initiative will help our partners to expand their business across MEA," he said. "The Middle East and Africa region is divided into leading and emerging countries and both have different targets. The top three partners in both the regions achieving highest sales will be rewarded."
Chib explained that being a partner-focused IT security company, Sophos has a dedicated partner programme for the MEA geography.
According to the company, the programme is well segmented into four different on-boarding levels with different skills certifications, sales and target activities, and rewards. It provides access to the company's comprehensive portfolio of market-leading endpoint and network security products.
Sophos said initiatives like Super Star Campaign and Partner Programme for MEA illustrate its commitment towards being a truly channel first company that creates programs and incentives for better channel enablement and to accelerate Sophos partner profitability.
