TechAccess signs on with Informatica to offer data software portfolio
The master distribution agreement will have TechAccess delivering Informatica’s entire software portfolio across the region
A master distribution agreement has been signed between Informatica, an enterprise cloud data management provider, and value added distributor TechAccess.
With an operational presence in the Middle East, Levant, North Africa and Pakistan, TechAccess will deliver Informatica's software portfolio across the region. Informatica's offering include solutions in big data management, data and cloud integration, data security and compliance, as well as governance of data.
Ashruf Hassaballa, general manager, TechAccess Software division, said: "The increase in deployments of cloud based and IoT environments is influencing the demand for big data management and analytics solutions in the region. Organisations are realising the value that data governance and analysis offers; it helps transform their business, brings clarity and allows them to make better informed decisions.

As per the agreement, TechAccess will identify and join forces with specialist partners, which in turn will give these partners access to support functions in various areas, such as marketing, business development, as well as pre and post-sales support.
The collaboration will also see the creation of training and certification programs geared towards helping partners improve their sales capabilities.
