Apple iPhone 8 leaks show revamped design
A post on Reddit has showed images of the upcoming iPhone 8's front and back panels
Another Apple leak has emerged and this time it focuses on the upcoming iPhone 8 and its external design.
The leak appeared on Reddit, after a user, who claimed to know a source in the Apple supply chain, posted images on the forum which gave a glimpse into how the iPhone 8's front and back panels may look.
If true, it appears that the front panel will have an edge-to-edge glass display along with a sensor, and the back panel features a vertically positioned dual-camera cut-out.
The redditor posted: "I have a friend in the industry who just sent me these. He said the Chinese manufacturers got these last week. Bog surprise for the iPhone 7S/7S Plus - supposedly it's getting wireless as well!"
The redditor highlighted that the back panel will be glass for all upcoming devices, which means Apple will be integrating wireless charging.
There is also no indication of the Touch ID sensor, which means previous rumours stating that the iPhone 8 will have an embedded Touch ID, could in fact be true.
As always with leaks these claims have not been confirmed by Apple. With 12 weeks until the launch, we will have to wait and see.
