The Hadia Time app is available on Google Play.

Lenovo Mobile Business Group is reintroducing Hadia Time to encourage family members to spend more time together during Ramadan.

The free Android-based app aims to bring family together, whilst donating data to migrant workers to help them connect with loved ones back home.

Once installed, for every minute a smartphone stays locked between 7p.m. and 10p.m., Motorola will donate data to less fortunate people who need to connect with their families.

Sharay Shams, general manager for Mobile Business Group, Lenovo Middle East, commented: "Following the success of Hadia Time initiative last year, we are excited to bring it back and continue spreading the spirit of Ramadan. As a company, we are committed to making people's lives better through our innovative products."

Last year, the app generated more than 31,000 app downloads with over 11,000 registered from across the region. Three million minutes of call time was donated to migrant workers across the UAE and KSA.

The Hadia Time app is available on Google Play.
