Smart Link Contact Centres and Avaya have jointly announced the completion of an expansion project for its contact centre in Saudi Arabia.

The expansion will create employment opportunities for Saudi citizens by adding 600 extra seats. The company is deploying solutions from Avaya to meet the demand from public sector organisations to engage effectively with citizens in time for Vision 2030.

Smart Link delivers solutions and services to more than 50 organisations in the Kingdom, and the expansion of its operations will enable the government to increase the deployment of digital services. 

Smart Link is also committed to recruiting and training of Saudi females, as 70% of its workforce are women.
