Ingram Micro has announced it has signed a distribution agreement with data solutions provider Quest for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa region.

Under the agreement, Ingram Micro is authorised to distribute Quest's portfolio of back-up, recovery and endpoint systems management solutions to its channel partners in Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

"Our new relationship with Quest will provide Ingram Micro with critical software components and tools in systems management, security and business intelligence," said Ali Baghdadi, senior vice president and chief executive, Ingram Micro META. "I am confident this highly automated and advanced technology will deliver immediate impact to our reseller partners and their customers."
