Niti Shroff won two awards in two categories

Niti Shroff, CEO of Niti Group, has won two awards at the World Women Leadership Congress (WWLC) on in Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

She won two awards in two categories: The Best Entrepreneur of The Year Award and in Women Super Achiever Award for excellence in IT and ITES.

The WWLC honours the influential role of various women leaders in the development of the modern economy, technology, and administrative methodologies that promotes the advancement of the government and business organisations according to the standards of global competitiveness.

Shroff's journey began with her husband Manoj Shroff in 1996 with a small IT trading business selling computers and accessories across Kenya and Dubai. For the past 14 years, they focused solely on growing the business with stock reaching international distribution levels and the physical reach transcending boundaries into multiple countries.

In 2011, they also created their own IT brand, called Cursor Technologies and two years later Shroff started a furniture business called Sky superstore. In the same year, the group expanded into the medical line, Jupiter Pharmacy. Furthermore, Shroff expanded business into the beverage and construction market.
