Networking vendor partners with Saudi-based distributor to cement SMB offerings

TP-Link Technologies Co Ltd, a global provider of SOHO, SMB networking products and wireless LAN solutions, has announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Sariya IT Distribution for Saudi Arabia.

In terms of the agreement, Sariya IT Distribution will supply channel partners in Saudi Arabia with TP-Link's entire SMB product range and services.

According to the vendor, the partnership with Sariya IT Distribution is aimed at helping it to strengthen its footprint in the SMB segment in Saudi Arabia.

Conrad Yang, general manager, Saudi Arabia at TP-Link MEA FZE, said partnering with Sariya IT Distribution, one of the largest SMB-focused distributors in KSA will open up new opportunities and reinforce the company's SMB networking products to channel partners. "We decided to partner with Sariya IT because of its great track record in serving the SMB sector in Saudi Arabia," he said. "We are confident that with our partnership with Sariya IT, we will grow our SMB business in Saudi Arabia and increase the reach to serve more small businesses in the Kingdom."

Yang said TP-Link selected Sariya IT because of its longevity in the KSA market and a solid network of channel partners that serve the SMB segment. "They will be distributing the full range of TP-Link SMB solutions and we trust them to offer reliable services to channel partners and their end user customers," he said. "We were looking for a distribution partner that has a strong presence and reach in the SMB market in Saudi Arabia."

He added that in selecting Sariya IT as the distributor in the Saudi Arabia market, TP-Link is reaffirming its commitment to developing the SMB business in the Kingdom.
