UAE is ranked no. 1 for the highest Fibre to the Home (FTTH) penetration in the world in 2016, according to the leading industry body, the FTTH Council.

UAE was shortlisted in the category of countries with a FTTH penetration of over 40 percent. There were 11 countries in this category.
