Yvolv targets start-ups and SMEs with social media campaign
“Data Is the New Oil” competition to highlight how data analysis can provide strategic competitive advantage
Yvolv, a technology JV between Alibaba Cloud and Meraas who provide Alibaba Cloud Solutions and Managed Services from a Dubai based data centre, has launched a social media-driven competition.
To participate, business owners, entrepreneurs and technology enthusiasts need to snap a photo of a Dubai Taxi carrying Yvolv’s poster with the “Data is the new oil” promotion, post their picture on either Facebook, Twitter or Instagram while lining Yvolv pages and tagging Yvolv on their photo. The winner will be announced on the 29th of January 2017 and will receive an Alibaba Cloud Certification course to boost their technical knowledge base in cloud computing as well as up to AED 2000 free cloud credit from Yvolv.
The campaign is designed to introduce SMEs and start-ups to the newly available services from Yvolv. These include Alibaba Cloud that comes at an affordable price as well as various other managed services and consultancy provisions that are aimed to boost organisations regional operations. Yvolv is raising the awareness about the power of data and how analysing it using technologically advanced technologies and services can provide strategic competitive advantage to its customers and help them increase operational efficiency.
