SANS to host cybersecurity training event
Set to run from 28 January to 2 February, 2017, SANS’ training event will comprise of three cyber security training courses.
SANS Institute, a global provider of information security training, has opened registrations for the upcoming SANS Dubai 2017 training event.
Running from 28 January to 2 February, 2017, the event will host three cyber-security training courses led by SANS instructors. The program will feature a mix of security content dedicated towards preparing IT professionals for handling ICS/SCADA, web app penetration testing, as well as activity involving continuous monitoring.
Ned Baltagi, managing director, Middle East & Africa at SANS, said: "The Middle East is facing an acute shortage of qualified and certified cyber security professionals. The upcoming training event will feature three courses: SEC542: Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking; SEC511: Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations; and ICS410: ICS/SCADA Security Essentials.
