Genetec inaugurates new office in Dubai
The expansion falls in line with Genetec's aim to improve accessibility and service to local partners and end users
Genetec, a provider of open platform, unified IP security solutions, is reinforcing its Middle East presence with the opening of its new offices in Dubai.
The office will be located in Dubai Airport Free Zone and fall in line with the company's expansion strategy as it plans to support market growth while also enhancing its customer support services for the GCC and Africa regions. Furthermore, Genetec has expressed its move to improve accessibility and service to local partners and end users and provide a more dynamic work environment for its growing workforce.
The new office showcases a training centre and solutions showroom, which has been designed to better highlight Genetec's offerings to the MEA market and reflect the company's passion for innovation. Systems integrators, consultants and customers will be able to experience, be trained, and obtain their certification with solutions, in a modern, spacious and comfortable venue.
Firas Jadalla, regional director - Middle East and Africa, Genetec, said: "The opening of our new offices proves to be both timely and strategic-right in the midst of continuing regional demand for IP video surveillance, access control and license plate recognition services.
"Our new office is expected to help strengthen our local support, but we also want this office to become a tool that our integrators and consultants can use to have their customers experience our latest innovations, without having to travel too far. Genetec has grown tremendously, and become much more than IP video surveillance; and this new office allows us to showcase this."
The inaugural ceremony was led by Firas Jadalla, regional director for Middle East and Africa and attended by Georges Karam, chief commercial officer, Genetec; Ted Ghali, VP Strategic Accounts, Genetec and Jos Beernink, VP Sales EMEA, Genetec.
