Emaar announces appointment of new chief digital officer
Veresh Sita previously held the position of CIO of Alaska Airlines, as well as CIO and CDO for Colliers International.
Emaar Prorperties have recently announced the appointment of Veresh Sita to serve as the company's chief digital officer (CDO).
Bringing with him over 25 years of experience in information technology, Veresh previously held the position of CIO with Alaska Airlines. He also served as CIO and CDO for Seattle-based Colliers International.
Commenting on his appointment, Veresh shared: "It is an honour to lead the technology and digital transformation for Emaar Properties, a developer of architectural icons, and the pioneer in developing integrated master-planned communities. It gives me the opportunity to be part of a global company with a truly global technology mandate.
He added: "Emaar's success is led by its relentless focus on customer service excellence that will continue to be the key objective of our new digital strategy. My focus will be on building high performance teams that love working together and deliver digital transformation through customer-oriented digital platforms, automation at scale, product-based developments, and velocity & continuous service delivery.
As part of his new role, Veresh is expected to develop and head a new digital strategy that will help drive Emaar's growth, while also prioritising a technology roadmap for the company.
