Al Jammaz Distribution to help STC Business grow channel footprint in KSA
VAD to help the telecoms provider to recruit resellers in the Kingdom
Following a deal which was signed on the sidelines of GITEX Technology Week between STC Business Division and Al Jammaz Distribution, the KSA-based VAD has revealed that it will help the telecoms provider to grow its reseller footprint in the Kingdom.
In terms of the agreement Al Jammaz Distribution will supply the Saudi Arabia IT channel with STC Business' products. In addition, the VAD will help STC to establish a reseller ecosystem by recruiting channel partner who will resell the telecoms service provider business products and services. "We want to help STC Business in Saudi to market and sell its products, services and have a solid market presence that reaches all customers specially the SMEs in Saudi Arabia," said Asim Saud AlJammaz, CEO, Al Jammaz Distribution.
AlJammaz added that resellers will now be able to provide comprehensive solutions to their SME customers in infrastructure, IT hardware, software, connectivity between branches and mobile teams, Internet, backup connectivity, information security and more. "This agreement supports and enables IT resellers and system integrators to transform their business models and adapt to the new technology trends like it business transformation, IoT, cloud, digitisation, infrastructure and software as a service (SaaS) utilising data centres operated and managed by STC in Saudi Arabia," he added.
Dr. Tariq Mohammed Enaya, senior vice president, STC Group Business adds: "This agreement with AlJammaz Distribution will enable us to reach our SME customers in all parts of the Kingdom through IT resellers and system integrators who will provide our services and solutions as part of their turnkey IT solutions to their end users clients."
