Enterprise application software provider SAP’s participation at GITEX Technology Week 2016 is focused on digital transformation. Pointing to figures produced in a recent Accenture report, digital transformation could have a dramatic impact on the UAE’s GDP by nearly $14b by 2020. The report also reveals that if the UAE government and businesses were optimise digital skill technologies and accelerators, the nation’s GDP would likely increase by $13.8 billion by 2020.
Under the theme of Run Simple, Run Live, SAP is exhibiting its latest offerings in transformative technologies, which include live demos of SAP Hana across topics like optimised visitor experience and audience engagement.
SAP is also highlighting a demo on SAP Digital Boardroom, a module under SAP BusinessObjects Cloud, formerly known as SAP Cloud for Analytics. The demo will show how real-time technology can grant organisations full visibility over their operations.
