London-based Opto Products has launched the Opto Air, a mobile virtual reality headset with integrated sound at GITEX Technology Week in Dubai.
Unlike other VR headset manufacturers that have focused on the gaming market, the Opto Air is designed to enable casual users to use it daily for activities such as watching and sharing shorter user-generated videos, movies and 360-degree photographs.
The mobile headset has high-quality over-ear speakers that create an immersive audio experience. Its magnetic cover allows the user to put in and remove smartphones from the headset quickly and easily. Made from patented foam, the Opto Air is soft, lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. It is compatible with all major smartphone brands and screen sizes with an audio jack.
