Tyco Security Products’ CEM Systems deployed to Harland and Wolff
The AC2000 security management system has been installed across Harland and Wolff heavy industries sites in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
CEM Systems, the security product business unit of Tyco Security products, has recently won a contract for Harland and Wolff Heavy Industries in Northern Ireland. Collaborating with G4S who will serve as integrator, CEM will deploy its AC2000 security management platform.
Serving primarily as a access control systems, AC2000 is also equipped with a range of software applications aimed at improving site operations. These include a security hub component for alarm and CCTV event management, as well as all-new centralised command and control application.

We needed a complete security management system that would also help us improve efficiency and ensure the safety of all our employees."

Harland and Wolff is also expected to take advantage of additional AC2000 applications, which include time and attendance, mustering and zone monitoring. Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Harland and Wolff is well-recognised heavy engineering company active within the maritime, offshore oil and gas, and renewable energy market.
