EastNets appoints chief technology officer

EastNets hires Teunis Robbert de Vries as CTO to enhance its technology vision and direction

EastNets, provider of compliance, payment and cloud solutions for the financial industry, has appointed Teunis Robbert de Vries as chief technology officer.

With 28 years in the IT field, de Vries is expected to enhance EastNets' solutions and develop a technology roadmap to coincide with the company's vision and direction.

De Vries previously served as CTO for Assetgrip, CTO, executive director for Development and vice president for Software, Services and Infrastructure at All Options International and as CIO. Furthermore, he served as an executive partner at Microsoft Solutions and also at Accenture BV, and as Director Gateway Technology Development at Oracle Corporation. De Vries holds two Masteral Degrees--one in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands and another one in Business Administration from Webster University, Netherlands.
