Walby wants Middle East organisations to realise the benefits that come with robotic automation of processes.

In a move that heralds a new era on how businesses deploy automated services, Meta Byte Technologies, a Dubai-based IT solutions provider, has partnered with Thoughtonomy, a virtual workforce platform provider for the Middle East.

Under the agreement, Meta Byte Technologies has been granted distribution rights and will distribute and deploy Thoughtonomy's Virtual Workforce solution, a highly flexible as-a-service automation platform to channel partners, managed service providers and enterprise customers across the region.

In addition, Meta Byte Technology will support the UK-based vendor with post-sales support, training schemes and raising brand awareness around the vendor's service automation platform and the benefits for the enterprise segment in the Middle East.

According to Meta Byte Technologies, Thoughtonomy's Virtual Workforce platform will provide end to end automation of IT and business support processes to enterprise organisations across the region.

The solution provider added that the Virtual Workforce platform is ideal for any enterprise environment which has a repetitive business and technology processes.

The Thoughtonomy Virtual platform uses software to replicate the interactions of people and technology to automate a wide range of operational and support processes quickly, cost effectively and reliably.
