Alliance to accelerate 4G accessibility to consumers in the region

Chen says the recent launch of InnJoo Fire 2 and InnJoo 2 exclusively through Souq.com was the result of the successful partnership with MediaTek.

Mobile handset maker InnJoo has announced that it recently partnered with chip designer, MediaTek to develop its next generation of mobility solutions.

The move according to InnJoo, will allow the company to offer the best mobile user experience to its customers in the region as MediaTek is a leader in cutting-edge systems-on-chip (SoC) for mobile devices.

Tim Chen, co-founder and CEO for InnJoo, stated: "With this partnership in place, both the companies will work closely with each other to create affordable LTE mobile solutions that will help in accelerating 4G LTE accessibility in the region. The tightly-integrated, innovative chip designs from MediaTek will enable InnJoo to reduce the time for new product development and extend its competitive edge in the crowded mobile devices market."

Chen said the recent launch of InnJoo Fire 2 and InnJoo 2 exclusively through Souq.com was the result of the successful partnership with MediaTek. "We had an overwhelming response and both the phones were lapped by customers. We are thrilled by their feedback, as they were extremely pleased with their performance and enjoyed the overall mobile user experience," he said. "We are committed to introduce products powered by the best-of-the-breed technology that enables us to offer world class smartphones to consumers in the region."
