InnJoo 2 handset is equipped with fingerprint technology
Mobile device brand InnJoo has added a new smartphone to its flagship array, with the launch of the InnJoo 2 handset. The vendor unveiled its first generation device InnJoo ONE in March 2015.
According to the company, the latest 4G LTE handset will exclusively be available at Souq.com for customers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The InnJoo 2 is priced at AED599 ($163) in the UAE and will soon be available in Saudi Arabia for SAR599 ($159).
The new handset is powered by fingerprint technology on the rear side of the phone and comes with a decent 13 megapixels front camera, enabling users to take stunning selfies at a touch.
"It has always been our endeavour to introduce best of breed technology products in the region. Fingerprint sensor technology is another step in the right direction to provide our customers with a world class product," said Tim Chen, co-founder and CEO at InnJoo.
"InnJoo 2 is no less than a work of art that has been carefully crafted with balance between design and technology, smooth frame, sleek rounded edges and all-in-one-piece design. Our team has developed in house tools and apps that seamlessly integrate with InnJoo 2 to offer a superior experience."
The new device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and it is powered by MediaTek MT6753 64-bit Octa-core chipset, which is integrated with WorldMode 4G LTE and CDMA2000 3G for global high-speed mobile network compatibility. The Octa-core processor delivers premium performance and decreases power consumption, the company stated. With 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage, users can also enjoy the large storage expanded via microSD card which supports up to 128GB capacity.
Designed with a full metal body crafted in a slim, elegant style, the phone has a 5.0 inch 720p HD IPS screen, intelligent power saving technology and is backed by large 3200mAh powerful battery keeping the new smartphone on full charge for longer periods.
