Paladion’s CyberActive SOC to add vendor’s big data EDR technology for enhanced endpoint threat protection
Paladion Networks, an information risk management services firm, has partnered with CounterTack MCSI, a provider of big data endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
Paladion recently unveiled CyberActive security operations centre (SOC), a new breed of SOCs that employ an active approach to combat a constantly in-play IT threat.
According to Paladion, the SOCs are organised into active teams of threat intelligence analysts, investigators, SOC content authors, SIEM administrators, data scientists, ethical hackers and data hunters, who co-ordinate to set up active defences and proactively respond to threats.
"CyberActive is an active cybersecurity-service that merges leading security technologies and our proprietary RisqVu ADR platform with the best security talent from around the world," said Rajat Mohanty, CEO, Paladion Networks.
Mohanty said the partnership with CounterTack takes the active threat detection capabilities one step further by enhancing the SOCs' capabilities in endpoint threat context and visibility.
Neal Creighton, CEO, CounterTack added that: "We're thrilled to partner with Paladion to deliver next-generation endpoint capabilities that integrate into enterprise and mid-sized environments. We are laser-focused on exposing attack behaviours at scale so we can automate a fix or provide the visibility for manual intervention."
Creighton said the alliance with Paladion will extend CounterTack's footprint in Asia-PAC and the Middle East.
