Vocalcom will be showing how its cloud solutions can bring businesses a competitive edge at GITEX Technology Week 2015.

The company said GITEX will provide an ideal platform to display its next-generation technology solutions designed to enhance customer experience and engagement as well as contribute to ‘smart’ transformation efforts. Vocalcom experts will be demonstrating the advanced features of the company’s portfolio, including speech analysis technology with live motion detection and voice authentication; an advanced multichannel/omnichannel retailing platform; customer satisfaction (CSAT) tools; and a dedicated cloud contact centre solution for Salesforce.com.

During the five-day event, the company will also share various effective and proven mechanisms to launch a cloud contact centre in less than 14 minutes with regional and international visitors. Additionally, Vocalcom will discuss the best industry practices to increase online and mobile customer engagement and enhance the social media customer experience.
