Microsoft to unveil Surface, Lumia devices at GITEX
Phones, tablets will showcase Redmond’s Windows 10 OS
Microsoft is set to stage the Middle East debut of its latest Lumia smartphones and Surface Tablets when the US software and services giant comes to GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2015.
The latest additions include the Surface Pro 4, Surface Hub, Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL. Microsoft also intends to present a "futuristic" Internet of Things (IoT) demo to.
Microsoft's stand will also host 25 of its partners who will demo their own products.
"Microsoft is focused on empowering every person and organisation on the planet to do more and achieve more," the company said in a statement. "Microsoft's products and solutions harmonise the world's devices, apps, docs, data and social networks in digital work and life experiences, to provide customers faster time to value, improved agility and cost reduction.
"The new devices are premised on Microsoft's belief that productive people and organisations are the primary drivers of individual fulfilment and economic growth."
