Cyber-security VAD StarLink will showcase 12 leading vendors from its portfolio when it arrives at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2015.

StarLink's has designed its range of offerings to simplify risk management and ensure that organisations take a "holistic approach" to cyber-security.

StarLink will use the five-day trade show to encourage partners, customers and vendors to network with each other at its stand, and meet with StarLink's management team to learn more about the company's Security Framework, Solutions Lifecycle and business strategy.

"The number of security breaches is on the rise, so we are excited to be at GITEX again this year, and to engage 12 of our vendors with our customers and partners to help in the further fortification of enterprise networks," said Mahmoud Nimer, general manager, StarLink.

"We want to be able to communicate the risks organisations are facing, and how StarLink's consultative approach and support-delivery capabilities, backed by a robust in-house technical team and a strong bandwidth of strategic partners from across the region, can help customers identify and address their security challenges."

StarLink says it has seen "tremendous opportunities" arise from healthcare, government and media customers in the region, leading to record revenue levels for the company in the first half of the year, with 115% year-on-year growth.

On the back of this growth, StarLink intends to expand into multiple new markets in H2 2015, including Europe, CEWA and North Africa.
