Business continuity specialist Vision Solutions will introduce GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK 2015 delegates to the company's recently launched Double-Take Cloud Migration Centre product.

Vision focuses on offering in the replication, high availability, disaster recovery and workload migration space. Double-Take is designed to provide "automated and simplified migration" for servers and applications into the cloud from private and public cloud platforms. It supports migration to Microsoft Azure for servers running on Amazon Web Services or VMware vSphere.

"The migrations can be managed and completed automatically on behalf of the user - from cloud image provisioning and set-up to installation and cut-over," Vision said in a statement. "This provides flexibility and eases the burdens associated with moving platforms."

Vision will be running demonstrations of the latest Double Take at its GITEX stand.

"We have been focusing on the Middle East market for a few years and have [seen] excellent results," said Ahmad Khattab, vice president of sales, Growth Markets, Vision Solutions. "There is increased regional awareness about our innovative products and solutions.
