Cloud solutions provider Knowlarity, has entered the the Middle East market after the company unveiled its operations in the region.

Headquartered in Singapore, Knowlarity is powering over 12,000 businesses in India and 65 other countries globally.

"Currently, Knowlarity has thousands of users and we are extremely buoyed to begin operations in the Middle East. Initially, our operations will centre on Dubai, as we plan to have presence across GCC countries," commented Ambarish Gupta, founder and CEO, Knowlarity.

"Currently 12,000 odd SMEs, and, around 500 larger companies are using our services across Africa, Gulf, Singapore, Philippines and Turkey," Gupta added. "For SMEs it's more about rendering them a cloud communication service, which gives them a channel to be in touch with customers."

The company's flagship products are the SuperReceptionist and Smart IVR. SuperReceptionist, is a robust cloud-based communications service that serves as a virtual assistant, front office receptionist, lead manager, and CRM system, all rolled into one.

The SmartIVR gives small businesses a professional outlook, at a very little cost. According to Knowlarity, the company can create multiple departments within their operations, with IVR providing an automated operator with several operations.

"For a large company, we offer them a method to gauge their marketing return on investment. Our products, and the platform as a whole, have hugely benefitted several companies, not only in India but across several countries, and the UAE market will be no exception," added Gupta.
