EUROSTAR unveils 'selfie printer' at CABSAT 2015
Printer is based on near field communication (NFC) on Smartphones
EUROSTAR Group, has launched a new portable printer for to print photos straight from a smartphone.
Printmate, which was unveiled this week at CABSAT MENA 2015 is based on NFC on smartphones and works with the Pomini photo app.
Commenting on the launch of the Printer, Raju Jethwani, Chairman, EUROSTAR Group said: "We are pleased to launch our new selfie printer at CABSAT 2015. There is a huge demand for selfie imaging products these days like the selfie stick, as clicking ‘Selfies' are the buzzword in today's generation as people want to build memories.
"Our printer aims to enhance memories like never before and bring out the best camera quality of pictures clicked from smartphones."
The EUROSTAR Printmate features: quick print or speed printing; secret view (creating customised photos to share with a hidden message along with the QR code), name card making tools; photo editing by rotating, painting, brightness and photo-frame; and photo split function.
The printers consists of CMYK colour, built-in battery, charger status indicator, an off-set printing processor and uses a zero-ink paper system which is a photo sticker paper made in the US.
